Anymall Return & Refund Policy

  1. Introduction

This Return and Refund Policy (“Policy”) outlines the procedures and conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled by Anymall Limited. By purchasing products from www.anymall365.com (“Website”), you agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy.

  1. Return Eligibility

For hygiene and quality assurance purposes, only certain products are eligible for return or exchange. Please refer to the specific product descriptions on our Website for details on return eligibility.

  1. Faulty Products

If you receive a product that is defective or not as described, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receipt to initiate a return or exchange.

  1. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

    1. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
    2. A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
    3. You must contact us within the specified timeframe and follow the return procedure outlined in this Policy.
  1. Return Process

To return an eligible product:

    1. Contact us at [email protected] with your order details and reason for the return.
    2. Upon receiving a return authorization, send the item to the following address:

    3. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  1. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed through a store voucher within 3-5 business days. The voucher will be valid for purchases on the Website.

  1. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to the return address provided.

  1. Amendments to Personal Information

If you need to amend the address, contact number, or email address associated with your order, please contact us as soon as possible to update your details.

  1. Payments and Delivery

Payments received for products that are awaiting delivery to Anymall and pending shipment to members will be processed as per the standard procedures outlined in this Policy.

  1. Timeframe for Shipping

The allowable timeframe between ordering and shipping the product is determined by the availability of the product and the shipping method selected. Customers will be notified of any delays beyond the standard processing time.

  1. Cooling Off Period

All funds paid to Anymall cannot be refunded after the cooling off period of 14 days. After this period, funds must be exchanged for products available on the Website.

  1. Cash Bonuses and Incentives

Only cash bonuses and other incentives paid can be withdrawn. These do not fall under the standard refund policy and can be processed separately.
